Very impressed with TLC's responsiveness and willingness to help me out in a pinch. They blew out our sprinklers Thanksgiving Week in about ~3 hours after I first contacted them via Thumbtack when other landscape companies had already shutdown winterizing services for the year.

Steven(?)was able to respond and come over within a few hours. Blew out my sprinkler system and actually found a bad solenoid too. Cost was reasonable, half of what several others quoted. Has a truck equipped with a compressor ready to go. He moved so quickly that I missed him doing several zones.

10/10 on their communication. They are very quick to respond and are very helpful. The guy blew out our sprinklers is like 15 minutes. He was just barely out of the estimated window, but considering this is the last week before temperatures go below freezing, I am amazed with how close he was with how busy I'm sure it was today.

Excellent service. TLC responded and performed the winterization all within 24hrs of contact. It was last-minute on my part, before the first hard freeze, and they got the job done and save my whole irrigation system from freezing.
