- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe we are competitive and offer hourly or fixed rate engagements. We offer referral discounts as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love being virtual and paperless. As such we utilize technology to its fullest. We gather information via an initial telephone call, email, or text messaging "interview" and then formulate a plan on how we can assist you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold CPA licenses in both CO and NY, hold a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree, serve both international and clients all over the US, and have been in this field for over two decades. Additionally, I am also a mortgage broker and am licensed in CA, CO, FL, LA, OK, TX, & VA.
