What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have several plans to fix client's budgets, timelines and needs. Our plans are based on a sliding scale, our rates decrease as we get more work. To start, check out our AZENCE website for rates and support plans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically conduct a project discovery which is complimentary to the new client. We have a comprehensive process visual that can be found on our process page on our size AZENCE.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're Hootsuite Certified which means that we're trained in Social Media Marketing and automation. We also have a Web Transitions certification which allows us to build websites for clients, specifically in languages such as html5, css, php, aspx and CMS programs such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Ektron.
