FAQs

I prefer to be paid hourly, and I provide discounts for multiple meals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers usually contact me via email or phone to discuss their events. The first interaction, over the phone or in person, is typically a brainstorming session in which party size, occasion, food and drink preference, and dates is discussed. The amount of client involvement in the process is their prerogative-- some clients like to be very involved, whereas others give me complete creative freedom. For large events, a tasting consultation may be arranged beforehand to allow clients to choose a menu.
