Was a little slow to respond on Thumbtack but after initial conversation, communication was prompt and appointments were met on time. Was prepared for project with appropriate tools and materials. Initial work was completed on-time.
There was some minor deficiency with the initial mounting of the mailbox pole but after communication they came back immediately (same-day within 30 min) and remedied all existing issues. Looks great and would recommend for future work, thanks!
