- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are locally owned and operated and pride ourselves on transparent quotes and billing. We offer several discounts including to military members and veterans, return customer, and referral discounts. Additionally, we offer financing options through a third party application.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Submitting a request is the best way to get quickly scheduled for an estimate and quote! From there, you will be set up with a client portal with us. In there you can easily request changes to your quote and accept it once you are ready to go! In there you can also pay any deposit, if required. Once the quote is accepted, we will get you scheduled to complete the work. After the job has been completed, invoicing will come through your client portal and in a link via email or text message. You can pay through the invoice link by credit card, ACH payment, or financing through a third party application. Cash or check payments are also accepted. Your receipt can be viewed in your client portal as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Arborist through the International Society of Arboriculture. Additionally, I have two decades of experience in the tree service industry and am passionate about learning and continuing education. I maintain both International and State Memberships within the ISA and complete frequent continuing education courses and offerings.
