- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically go over the scale and nature of the project over the phone before coming out to see the site, take measurements and give an estimate. When we have more of an idea of what the project entails we can give more information about our design goals, the timeline and costs involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have Bachelors of Science in Architecture. Michael is our principal designer, is RE certified in Renewable Energy and Solar consulting and has years of experience in design of residential new builds and remodels. Trent is our project manager who has worked in architecture and construction fields for over 5 years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We typically work with residential clients on a modest budget, however we have been doing a handful of commercial projects as well.
