- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair, competitive pricing based on the size and condition of each project. Every estimate is free and comes with no obligation. We never use high-pressure sales tactics, and there are no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for larger projects, multiple services, or neighboring properties completed at the same time. Our goal is to provide high-quality workmanship, commercial-grade materials, and long-lasting results at an affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free on-site consultation where we inspect the driveway, parking lot, or concrete surface and discuss the customer’s goals. We then provide a detailed written estimate outlining the work to be performed and the total cost. Once approved, we schedule the project at a convenient time, complete the work using professional-grade materials and equipment, and perform a final walkthrough to ensure customer satisfaction. We take pride in clear communication, quality workmanship, and leaving every job site clean and professional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a third-generation paving contractor and have been working in the asphalt industry since I was 14 years old. I learned the trade hands-on from family members who spent their careers in paving, sealcoating, asphalt repair, and concrete work. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in residential driveways, commercial parking lots, crack filling, sealcoating, asphalt repairs, overlays, and concrete services. This real-world experience has given me the knowledge and skills to deliver quality workmanship and long-lasting results for every customer.
