Amazing service! I had a frozen air conditioner on a 6 year old system. I went with a different company for my original repair call, which resulted in a quote for a full hvac replacement. When reaching out to NexGen for a second opinion, they were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue (txv replacement). Their knowledge in the business saved me thousands of dollars, and I really appreciated the patience the team had with all my questions around options and next steps. Had another HVAC company out on Friday for an A/C repair. Was advised that the compressor was shot and that I needed a whole new system for almost $10K. Called Mike for a second opinion and he identified a different issue and was able to test the compressor and give it a clean bill of health. Repair was quick and less than $1k. Mike is knowledgeable and honest. Would highly recommend him for any of your HVAC needs.

I met Mike when I was detailing his vehicles and could tell immediately that he was passionate about what he does and about helping people with their heating and cooling needs. I called him over the weekend and had an issue with my air conditioner at home. He sent Adam out who was professional. He ended up recharging our A/C unit and now our AC is blowing cold air again. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable. Thank you to NexGen HVAC you guys do it the right way!

NexGen HVAC saved the dayyyy!!!!Of course my AC would break the first hotttt week of summer. Thankfully NexGen was available and at the house within a few hours!!! I cannot thank them enough! our pricing is up front fair and honest. I promise you that you will save money by coming to us instead of using some of the other companies out there.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask what they want and that's exactly what I give them. If I can provide it I will make an appointment to come and visit the site
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
numerous certificates. we are highly trained in carrier Amana Rheem Goodman. as far as commercial goes we can work on Daikin VRVs rooftop units, make up air units, boilers, boiler loops, pumps, if it is connected to an HVAC piece of equipment, we can fix it.
