I did not have a good experience with Infinite Drywall on the project I hired them for. Before starting John (Juan) told me my project would take a week to complete. It ended up taking him 3 weeks and he didn't complete it. During that time he didn't show up for 6 days (not consecutive) for various excuses. Many rooms in my house were covered in plastic to accommodate the work in process. I lived in this condition for most of the time, largely due to short work days and so many missed days by John. The last day he was here he was supposed to finish the project, but he didn't. The work he did that day was only part of what was needed to finish the job, was rushed, and not completed to satisfaction. On that day he scraped ceilings in 3 bedrooms. When he pulled the tarps off he didn't clean debri behind himself, and it was spread everywhere. He told me he had to meet another client and worked quick to leave. That was the last day John worked. He did not show up the next day as scheduled. He text me 5 days later and told me he lost his phone. This was the second time he used this excuse for not showing up as scheduled. A ceiling fan was damaged, the debri shavings from sanding were left for me to clean in multiple rooms, and texture was left on doors, trim, blinds, etc. I am very disappointed in the whole process and do not believe what I paid was worth it.
