- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to do a flat rate. that way the price is set up front. there's no hidden charges and no surprises. Just a pre-set price so the customer can know exactly what the cost is upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to be flexible and want to hear what is in their mind as for what they really want. I want to hear everything about their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I also have an electronics degree, as well I am a certified machinist
