I tried to replace 2 old light switches with a new switch and a timer switch. When I opened the box I realized that the current situation was a combination of aluminum and copper wires. There were even 5 wires twisted together with a pigtail. When I tried to pull it, a couple of wires even got off the pigtail. At that moment I realized it would be safer to call a professional. Ken was available on the same day and took care of the aluminum wires, using the proper parts and processes according to code. I feel better now knowing that the switches are installed properly. The price was fair and Ken was patient and polite even with all the questions I asked while he was trying to work. Definitely recommend.

To say that Ken is responsive is an understatement! I no sooner sent my request and he reached out and was at my home within hours to assess the project. The work was completed the same week we contacted him. He was very strategic to minimize the amount of drywall repair needed after the outlets were installed….AND he cleaned up the area after he was done! Site unseen pricing isn't available because there are too many variables involved. A site visit is normally preferred.. however, Upfront pricing is available on particular items such a simple installation of normal devices..
