- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $99 for service calls plus parts. No hourly rates, no trip fees, no hidden fees, no bs. You only pay if we can fix the issue. Preventative Maintenance specials offered in fall and spring.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually it starts on the phone. Once we have confirmed that you are in our service area, we make sure we are capable of serving your need. from there we will get some basic information for scheduling purposes. Once you're in our system you are able to communicate with us via our scheduling app, you get notified when we have scheduled the job, when we are on our way, and when the work is finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed a 7 month tech school program at Leonardi HVAC Training Center, as well as a dozen or more 2 day classes covering specific technologies. I continue to take classes on any new tech and keep my NATE certification active. I worked as an installation supervisor for 3 years before branching off on my own and have lots of training planning, overseeing, and completing jobs. throughout that time Ive had to solve countless on the spot, unexpected problems many of which I had never seen before. This has made me highly adaptable and as a result AtoZ as a whole is able to take on jobs others won't.
