Fair and Competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
COMMUNICATION: this is key, to understand the customer's vision and needs. We will set exceptions and deadlines and continue to communicate throughout the process. EXECUTION: I have the relevant know how, experience and training to get the job done. I will not take on what I can't handle proficiently. DELIVERY: Always deliver what the customer needs. There will be stages and milestones set for the project. There will be opportunities to review every step, and return to the drawing board if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic and media Design from the London Institute. I also possess a Higher National Diploma in Typographic Design from the same institution.
