Nello and his team did an excellent job remodeling our master bathroom. They were professional, communicative, and paid attention to detail. We were especially pleased with the tiling done by Niva, who was incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and careful in his work. When problems arose, Nello was quick to resolve and go the extra mile. For example, the tub arrived damaged, he initiated the exchange on our behalf. The price was competitive and included labor for new ceramic tile floors, new vanity, swapping shower and tub locations, and installing a new door. There were a couple of issues with the plumbing, but they were resolved to our satisfaction. In the end, we have a wonderful bathroom that is much more beautiful and functional than it was before. Thanks, Nello and team!
