Wilian and Eduardo did such an outstanding job on our floors! I would highly recommend them. They were quick to give an accurate quote, kind and responsive, and the installation and craftsmanship is beautiful and professional. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was happy with the job and I am really thankful for the level of customer service they provided. Their flooring options are very durable and beautiful. I am confident these floors will hold up for years to come. I would go with these guys again in a heartbeat. I am very happy with the end result and received a level of support that was way beyond what a big box store or large company would have provided.

We highly recommend Silva's Flooring. We can use a number of superlatives to describe them and how happy we are but suffice to say, they did an amazing job. Could not be happier with the result of their hard work. Their demo was very thorough, as they removed the carpet, linoleum, and baseboards. Their bid was one of the lowest, but the result for our LVP couldn’t be better. In the photos below you can see the quality of their work, which also includes the baseboard install. After the project was completed, we had extra baseboards left over, and they were kind enough to return them for us. With almost every other quote we got the baseboard install was an additional cost, but not with Silva's. We struggled a great deal with trying to find a company that would be willing to do the job. Our condo isn’t the biggest place, so many companies rejected our, "low profit" project. But Silvas Flooring saved the day for us. Thank you ever so much guys for an AWESOME job done.

We tried to call install vinyl plank flooring but realized we were out of our league. Put in a request for an estimate. They responded quickly and then came out to do an estimate at 830pm. They ended up installing the flooring right then and there!!! Amazing! Above and beyond our expectations. The finished project was perfect. I highly recommend them.

I’m really impressed with the floor installation work! Wilian and his team are professional and fast. Wilian did the leveling the day before and truly went above and beyond. We had a few installers give us opinions on where leveling was needed, and Wilian was the only one who didn’t try to cut corners. We’ve learned the hard way just how important proper leveling is for floor installation, and we felt confident in Wilian’s work. The team was efficient, completed the job much faster than I expected, and the price was very fair for the quality of work. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both quality and speed!
