Silva’s Primewood Flooring did an outstanding job on our floor repair. From the very beginning, they were incredibly communicative, responsive, and easy to work with. They coordinated around our rental schedule with zero issues, which we truly appreciated, and the work was completed with almost no disruption at all. The craftsmanship is exceptional — the patch blends so seamlessly you would never know there was damage in the first place. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and respect for our home really stood out. It’s rare to find contractors who take this much pride in their work. I’m genuinely impressed and will absolutely hire them again for future projects. Highly recommend!

We couldn't be happier with Silva's!!! We had a low spot that was causing our LVP to buckle. We found Silva's and they came right out and assessed the situation. They explained their recommendation to repair the unlevel area. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and the quality of their work. They spent 2 days fixing the area of concern, and I'm so happy with the result! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and they left the area clean and spotless afterward. Father/son team are so kind, professional and friendly! If you're looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and professional flooring repair team, look no further. I highly recommend them to anyone needing floor repairs done right the first time! Wish we would have had the do the original installation for sure!

Silva's Primewood Flooring LLC did a fantastic job on my home back in June of this year. I am writing this review approximately 6 months afterward and the floor is doing great. It's holding up despite lots of traffic, toys, and other daily wear. They also maintained their professionalism throughout the entire process, taking accountability for any mistakes or being knowledgeable regarding the flooring being installed. They also did well handling the updating of my trim to 4-inch boards. Based on my experience, I would recommend them. Note for Preparation: Be prepared to leave the work location for a few days due to stain fumes.
