We couldn't be happier with Silva's!!! We had a low spot that was causing our LVP to buckle. We found Silva's and they came right out and assessed the situation. They explained their recommendation to repair the unlevel area. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and the quality of their work. They spent 2 days fixing the area of concern, and I'm so happy with the result! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and they left the area clean and spotless afterward. Father/son team are so kind, professional and friendly! If you're looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and professional flooring repair team, look no further. I highly recommend them to anyone needing floor repairs done right the first time! Wish we would have had the do the original installation for sure!

I hired Silva's Primewood Flooring to remove carpeting and install LVT flooring in six rooms, including the entire main level. The quality of their work is incredible. I didn't want to purchase new baseboards, so they removed them with care and reinstalled them without an extra scratch. I can tell they're not just installers, because they made perfect cuts and fit everything with precision. They also leveled the concrete floor in the living room behind the garage prior to LVT installation and made sure everything fits smoothly and was level including making sure there was no visible transition between rooms, just a smooth continuation of flooring. They moved and reinstalled toilets caulked beautifully, kept my house clean and neat the whole time, and were quieter than I could have ever imagined as I work from home. I will hire them again when I tackle my second level flooring.

Wilian and Eduardo recently removed our basement carpeting, leveled the concrete, and installed LVP flooring, and I (and, more importantly, my wife!) are so happy with how it turned out. They worked efficiently, were accommodating of last-minute changes (eg, we were going to leave the master closet carpeted, but decided to go with LVP there, too), and communicated throughout the process. Would certainly recommend them!
