I was in need of getting the door from my garage to inside the house open because it slammed and jammed the lock shut. Carlos was able to come and fix the deadbolt and door lock the same day I made the request. He did such a great job I asked him to replace the front door lock and deadbolt. Which we agreed he would return the next day to do. He texted to tell me when he would arrive and was on time. He replaced both of those in a short time and even asked if I wanted to rekey so all the locks were the same. So thoughtful to ask. He could have just done it and charged me, but he asked. If I had a business I would hire him as an employee. We'll spoken, thoughtful, professional, caring.
