My experience with AutoMobile was phenomenal . They did an excellent job replacing the rear brakes and rotors, accommodated me last minute despite them having a relatively full schedule, and didn’t shame me for how bad I had allowed the brakes to get. 10/10 recommend!
Details: Brake rotor and drum replacement • Truck or SUV • Nissan • I will provide the brake parts

I needed to get my ECM removed from my vehicle. I was having issues getting it out myself so I came across Auto-Mobile he quoted me a fair price. He showed up earlier than expected which is great. Not only did he get the ECM removed in a timely manner but he also found other issues that needed to be corrected, issues that the dealership should have found when I put my vehicle in for a diagnostic test. 10/10 will highly recommend. Thank you Auto-Mobile.

Mike does exceptional work with great know how of even strange issues in cars. Hes helped me several times with my old 02' Firebird. He respected my time and troubleshooted the oil leak I've had for ages rather than just throwing parts at the issue.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer military and first-responder discounts of 20% on labor only. Parts can be supplied by the client, or we can be reimbursed for the parts if we provide them. For labor, we charge "book hours" like any legitimate shop. Book hours is what amount of time the service manual says it should take to do the job. If it takes longer to do, you still only get charged the book hours. Diagnostics is charged by the actual amount of time it takes to find the problem. There's no such thing as book hours for diagnostics.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we listen to the customer's concerns. If possible, we will have the client physically show us the issue or take us for a drive to hear or feel what the vehicle is doing. If the client is unavailable, we will drive it and try to replicate the issue to help with diagnostics if needed. Then, we do a complementary multi-point inspection of the vehicle which includes tires, brakes, lights, glass, etc. We inform the client if we find other issues (no, we don't try to sell you services you don't need). We also give the client photos and/or video to show the problem areas and provide the client with the results of the computer scan.
