Matia provided fantastic service, was very attentive to needs, and seemed like a great first mobile grooming experience for even my nervous boy. They turned out smelling great and looking so handsome! Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Aussie Pet Mobile. We have a very nervous and skittish cockapoo that doesn’t do well at a grooming salon with so many people and other dogs so we tried Aussie Pet Mobile and were thrilled when our dog came in wagging her tail after she was groomed. The groomer was so nice and patient with our dog! !It made a big difference to have her groomed in their mobile van where it was only her and the groomer. She came in looking snd smelling wonderful. It is a little more expensive having them come to the house but definitely worth it to allow our dog to have a better experience when groomed. It is also nice not having to drive anywhere to drop her off and having her wait to be picked up. Will definitely use them again.

My poor old cat had never been groomed in 17 years, so she was a mess! I was worried it wouldn’t be possible, but I was pleasantly surprised!! She looks good, it didn’t take very long, and I can tell she is much happier!! I’m very pleased with the whole experience: staff, price, time. Thank you so much!

Dana helped me get my two doodles scheduled for their first groom since moving to Colorado from out of state. Her kindness and thoughtfulness while explaining their mobile grooming system was greatly appreciated as weve never had a mobile groomer before! She helped explain the benefits and specific strategies Aussie Pet Mobile employs to make sure every pup is well cared for during their grooming. Her knowledge and experience with animals and grooming was so evident. It made me feel safe! Kaylana, our groomer, did a phenomenal job grooming my girls. I have two doodles with very different hair types and she did a great job on both of them. She took her time, supporting each of their needs uniquely. One of mine hates the blow dryer and the other is simply shy! She even helped give me tips and recommendations for how to care for their hair and skin better based on their specific needs. I am so grateful for finding a groomer and company I can trust. The mobile grooming experience is definitely the way to go! In removes any additional stressors on the pups - and for me, it was evident how impactful this was on my girls. I didnt realize how stressful their previous grooming experiences had been until seeing this in comparison! 5/5 stars. No notes. We absolutely love our Aussie Mobile Grooming!! Kyle is so kind and does an amazing job every time. Our golden doodle, Milly, gets so excited to see him, which says everything about how well shes treated. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on breed, size of dog (weight), condition of the coat, specific services being requested, and behavior and special needs (reactive pet, medical challenges, anxious, etc).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to collect as much information about your pet's history of behavior during grooming, health concerns, vaccination information, last time they were groomed, and coat condition. This will help our groomer prepare not only the products needed, but also the best service approach for the pet. We may have a groomer who is better equipped to handle circumstances unique to your pet's needs. Additionally, we are required by Colorado to collect a copy of the current vaccinations for pets we are servicing so please be prepared to provide.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my pet stylists are certified groomers having gone through formalized training and have years of experience working with all pet life stages, behaviors, breeds, and special health conditions. Additionally, all my groomers are AKC SAFE certified, trained in safe, low stress handling, keeping your pet comfortable and not pushing past their limits.
