- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on breed, size of dog (weight), condition of the coat, specific services being requested, and behavior and special needs (reactive pet, medical challenges, anxious, etc).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to collect as much information about your pet's history of behavior during grooming, health concerns, vaccination information, last time they were groomed, and coat condition. This will help our groomer prepare not only the products needed, but also the best service approach for the pet. We may have a groomer who is better equipped to handle circumstances unique to your pet's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my pet stylists are certified groomers having gone through formalized training and have years of experience working with all pet life stages, behaviors, breeds, and special health conditions.
