Hands down this is the best property manager in Aurora. I rented out my townhome that I recently sold. I first dealt with Amber who did a great job finding excellent tenants for my property. They passed all the criteria Property Alliance requires, and I never had them pay late or cause any damage to my property. Later on I worked with Scott Sharkey, and he went over and beyond to assist me when it came time to sell my town home. He was professional, caring, and interested in making sure the transaction went smooth. While I rented out my property I had a few maintenance issues. Scott always informed me ahead of time what would be required to fix the problem. He took care of the contractors who fixed any issues, and not once did I have to deal with anything or go out to the property. I can't say enough good things about Scott. You can't go wrong with Property Alliance. They are thorough, professional, and give great customer service. My tenants left my townhome spotless.

I have been a renter with property alliance and Scott the property manager always been a good property manager. If we need anything that the house need fixing he always responds to our request right away. If you need to rent your house or if you need to rent this company is top notch.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our pricing is very simple, we collect the following 3 fees from our Owners: 1. 10% of gross monthly rent when home is occupied. 2. $ 500 New tenant Leasing Fee 3. $100 lease renewal- includes inspection of property before renewal is signed.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We will do all the work, our onboarding process is very quick whether the home is vacant or already occupied.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We are all licensed Realtors, so we take continuing education classes yearly. Also, we are members of our local NARPM, which is the national Association of Residential Property Managers where we stay current on latest trends and laws in the Rental world.
