My roommates and I were living in a 4 bedroom house in Aurora for one year and we had Scott Sharkey as our property manager and he was outstanding. For the entire year Scott was in communication about necessary maintenance on the house, made sure to tend to any concerns we had about heating, the garbage disposal and the house needs. Scott was very professional and very personable as well. He made moving in and moving out very simple and was honest when it came to returning our security deposit. When we did move out, we found out the hard way how awful property managers can be as the company we are going through now has so far been horrible; we defiantly miss Property Alliance and their level of professionalism. Thank you again for making our living situation pleasant for the past year. I would recommend Scott and Property Alliance to anyone as they were truly a pleasure to work with.

2016 satisfaction update after four years with Property Alliance:We have two rental condos in Aurora, CO that we self-managed renting them until the last few years. We discovered it was time to hire professional rental property managers and engaged Property Alliance to handle all aspects of the process. Since selecting Property Alliance, we have been pleasantly rewarded; no stress, no worries, no loss in dedicated attention. We simply sit back and allow Property Alliance to handle the rental of our properties. Our agent, Scott Sharkey, takes care of all we would have done ourselves, tending the properties, acquiring renters and performing all property services that meet owner and renter expectations.We frankly enjoy acquiring rental income at virtually little to no income loss, since we know our time has value and Property Alliance are professionals at capturing those incomes for us. Our experience has been that they anticipate our every business need and handle the necessary issues that create a long term rental management relationship. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very simple, we collect the following 3 fees from our Owners: 1. 10% of gross monthly rent when home is occupied. 2. $ 500 New tenant Leasing Fee 3. $100 lease renewal- includes inspection of property before renewal is signed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do all the work, our onboarding process is very quick whether the home is vacant or already occupied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all licensed Realtors, so we take continuing education classes yearly. Also, we are members of our local NARPM, which is the national Association of Residential Property Managers where we stay current on latest trends and laws in the Rental world.
