- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very simple, we collect the following 3 fees from our Owners: 1. 10% of gross monthly rent when home is occupied. 2. $ 500 New tenant Leasing Fee 3. $100 lease renewal- includes inspection of property before renewal is signed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do all the work, our onboarding process is very quick whether the home is vacant or already occupied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all licensed Realtors, so we take continuing education classes yearly. Also, we are members of our local NARPM, which is the national Association of Residential Property Managers where we stay current on latest trends and laws in the Rental world.
