David was able to quickly compose an encroachment agreement document for me to sell my home. He spoke with my realtor, neighbor and title company to ensure the document was precisely what we needed. He also gave me a flat rate for this work as opposed to other attorneys that charge at an hourly rate even for the write up of a document. I really appreciated that. We closed on schedule and everything went well! I would definitely recommend David if you need a real estate attorney!

I had a first phone call to discuss some issues I am seeking a resolution for. While this was a complex situation I brought to David, he was extremely knowledgeable and took extra time to hear all of my concerns, even the ones that did not pertain to the real estate portion. David is honest and will tell you from the beginning here’s not in the field for the money and will take your money if he does not believe he can help your case. David was exceptional. We were first time home buyers and he walked us through every step including spending a couple hours on the phone with us explaining, line by line, the details of our contract. He was always there to answer our questions, even off hours, with accurate and professional advice. David offered to go with us to closing as well. I know we would not have had a successful closing without his assistance. David went above and beyond to assist us with an ugly (previous) situation regarding our house that ended in our favor, in no small part due to his services. His pricing was more than fair and he undoubtedly worked for us more than he charged us. We highly recommend David for your real estate needs and would certainly hire him again if we decide to sell.
