David was able to quickly compose an encroachment agreement document for me to sell my home. He spoke with my realtor, neighbor and title company to ensure the document was precisely what we needed. He also gave me a flat rate for this work as opposed to other attorneys that charge at an hourly rate even for the write up of a document. I really appreciated that. We closed on schedule and everything went well! I would definitely recommend David if you need a real estate attorney!

I had a first phone call to discuss some issues I am seeking a resolution for. While this was a complex situation I brought to David, he was extremely knowledgeable and took extra time to hear all of my concerns, even the ones that did not pertain to the real estate portion. David is honest and will tell you from the beginning here’s not in the field for the money and will take your money if he does not believe he can help your case. I appreciate this as there’s so many people that would take the money regardless if they thought they could help beat your case or not. Without a doubt David was one of the best lawyers I've every worked with. He let me explain my situation and thoroughly explained everything and his thoughts about whether or not he could assist me. He drafted me a cease and desist letter and it worked as the company trying to place a lien on my house then never pursued the action. The letter was clear and concise and laid it out in the least possible words while also remain clear and to the point. This was critical as it influence the overall fees David charged which David was excellent in explaining to me. The price was more than reasonable and he offered multiple mediums to pay his fees.
I'd recommend him for anyone who is in the middle of lien litigation or about to be. If I ever have any similar issues he'll be the only one I contact.
I generally don't write reviews but I thought David did such a great job I just had to in order to make sure others get similar, professional and extremely knowledgeable representation.
