David was able to quickly compose an encroachment agreement document for me to sell my home. He spoke with my realtor, neighbor and title company to ensure the document was precisely what we needed. He also gave me a flat rate for this work as opposed to other attorneys that charge at an hourly rate even for the write up of a document. I really appreciated that.
