- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a fully licenced plumbing company with 18 years of plumbing experience, I can not provide handyman prices. However I have extremely competitive prices when compared to plumbing companies with similar qualifications and experience. I take extreme pride in a job well done, and have many satisfied customers I value. I offer military and senior discounts, and also a 2 year guarantee on parts I provide and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I feel that getting to know a customers needs and answering questions helps educate and provide the best solutions for the customer. Because every house is different and repairs do vary with each project, I will typically set up a time with the customer to go out to their location and assess the issue. While on site I provide my customers with multiple solutions. Customers can then pick the option that they feel will work best for them. If they choose to proceed with the work, I can usually provide same day service. I can also provide estimates for the large projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Obtaining a masters plumbing licence requires 4 years of school and 5 years of training in the field. Additional experience comes from years of working and learning new and better ways to accomplish your jobs. I have worked in almost all aspects related to plumbing in my 18 years of experience while continuing my education, by learning new codes and better way to fix the problem with advancing products. I am also a perfectionist and that translates over into my work areas. I want my work to reflect the pride I put into the job.
