- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Often, potential customers believe that by selecting the large national security providers, they will be getting better service. This is simply not the case. National providers have a "hands-off" approach generally, and take little effort to maintain a personal business relationship with each individual client. To them, each client represents a percentage... a very closely held number for which they are either "worth" doing business with, or the profit margin is too slim to be bothered with. We value each client tremendously, regardless of how big or small, and place a lot of emphasis on working together to surpass expectations.
