Although these people were very friendly in our interactions, the services were far from what I expected from this company.
To begin, communicating was lackluster at best. Often calling or texting from multiple different numbers, creating confusion.
Next, I had signed up for quarterly sales and use tax filing for the city and state, as well as monthly financial reportings and reconciliations.
Both quarterly periods handled by this company were filed late, and it was only brought to my attention after receiving non-filer notices that were sent from the state six weeks past the due date for the first and second quarters. The first time, I was told by this company that the state had moved me to monthly filings, which is why this company missed it. They assured me they would be filing the future monthly filings on time. Imagine my surprise when I received the second notice! I was then told by the company that I had been moved back to quarterly filings by the state and that they had not been notified. If this were true, then they should have been filing monthly, and would have noticed that it had been changed by the state. It was never changed from quarterly to monthly in the first place, and these were untrue statements made to cover for their mistakes.
Lastly, my report statements often did not add up in the numbers and didn't ever seem to be close to being correct.
I fear this may have caused more issues for my future business and finances than it ever helped.
Save yourself money and a headache. Hire a different business to handle your finances.

It was very difficult to maintain communication when you were not available for a long stretch of time.
