BDT Contractors is the way to go especially for Tile Flooring. We had our entire house + Baseboards ~1300sqft (Tri Level) and 2 sets of stairs all done. The work took about 2 weeks, which was much quicker than we expected. Thiago and Daniel are absolute masters of their craft, constantly updating me on their progress and suggesting work arounds for the inevitable unforeseen challenges this project created. BDT was the 2nd of 6 contractors/companies we talked to about getting quotes. Jeff was great in the regard. We provided him with our ideas and he ran with them and proposed solutions to how we should proceed. Communication was perfect and near constant, text message replies or calls back within 5min or less. They also helped us move our furniture up and down floors, organize our stuff into manageable areas so that they could work efficiently and helped us throw out old appliances that we planned on replacing. Surprisingly the installation and work done was rather unobtrusive on our daily lives with the rotation of how they worked. (albeit loud, because, you know, construction). Jeff and his partner constantly checked in to see how the work was progressing and listening to any concern we brought up (not many) and they immediately fixed / corrected / changed anything that we wanted. We were so impressed by BDT that we even hired their painter to paint the entire interior (which will be another review). 100% recommend BDT for Tile Flooring. (will add pictures when the paint is done)

Backsplash tiles are cut poorly and grout is darker in some areas. Floor tile has loose tiles and failing grout. They use grout to adhere tiles to baseboard instead of motor.

I have had a great experience with BDT Contractors. I had a flooring project - replace flooring from old carpet to vinyl floor. Rod came in within few hours after I posted inquiry on Thumb website. He provided good insight and came back with an estimate and line items for my project. Best off he and team took care of everything- procuring materials, moving furniture, preparing floor, and also cleaning and touch paint afterwards. And the majority of the work (99%) was completed in one full day. Floor was replaced and it looks beautiful. I certainly recommend BDT and will consider them for future projects.
