Even after talking for weeks trying to set up an appointment for doing my taxes, I never got a date set.The replies were always vague like "will next weekend work", " will Monday morning work" etc without a fixed time. In the middle of back and forth messages,she said she got sick and hospitalized for a week so couldn't reply to me for a few days. I understood that. Unexpected things can happen. After not hearing for a week I even suspected something like that. She replied to me after a week but with similar responses. If she was too sick to work on my taxes she could say so and I would understand that. She could even say she got busier since she missed a week. That would have been a better response. Unless she didn't want to give a fix date/time since she wasn't sure about her health her responses were very irresponsible and unprofessional. But again she could say so.

Hi Sonam, unfortunately with my health issues and my kids health issues I was unable to prepare your taxes. Also, the issues were unexpected and I thought I had communicated that with you. I was also under the impression from our communication that you were understanding of that. I apologize for the experience that you had with my services.
