Shane and his team did an amazing job demoing, reframing, insulating, and refinishing our sunroom. He was very professional, detail-oriented, and communicative. He was very easy to work with and was our favorite contractor that we've hired so far (we've hired several in the past few months). His finish work was excellent, having an attention to detail for level 5 drywall finishing and excellent carpentry/trim work. Along the way, we gave him some small details to change and he executed all of them very well. Any project ideas we had, he took seriously and put a lot of thought into. He had to do a lot of work to get the wood trim, brickwork and stain to match the rest of the house and he went out of his way to make sure it was correct. He showed up when he told us he would and gave us updates as the project went along. We would certainly hire Shane again for any future projects.

Shane responded as soon as I sent the job request. He not only showed up as scheduled but also got the job done beautifully and tidy (I didn't see a piece of dirt or trash left behind after he completed the work). He not only helped me with the job that I needed, he helped assess the window wells and found issues (and will provide solutions) to stop the water from coming into the basement. Shane is a very hard worker. He came to the house, started looking for issues and got his tools out to work right away. I would hire him for many other projects around my house now and in the future. I also felt relief when he got the job done RIGHT.

The guys not only did the install after countertop install of the faucets and drains, but they were willing to so a few little extra things, like re-hanging the bathroom mirror and pitching in to help me move a treadmill. Everything was done with an upbeat can-do attitude, pleasantness and professionalism. I would hire these guys again and again.

Our prices are competitive with estimation software, but we keep our overhead low and our prices reflect that!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make sure we have drawings and written estimates drafted before writing up a contract. Once we agree on any potential variables, we sign a contract and render our services!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First hand experience building homes from the ground up and gently demo'ing 90 year old craftsman style houses under the direction of 70 year olds! I've been thrown into the shark tank dozens of times, but there's no resumés, just collections of interesting stories...
