Step 1.) Discovering the needs of the customer. Step 2.) Explaining the ways in which we can fill the Customer's needs. Step 3.) Providing a quote and or options. Step 4.) Invoice Step 5.) Securing at least 1/2 payment before work begins. Step 6.) Beginning work.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I worked for an old SEO Company, I was taught to teach customers about the details of what our SEO exports were doing for their website placement. At the same time web design, and coding was a passion of mine. I went to Al Collins Graphic Design School for a year. I sold Nevada Corporations for years also. All the education i was putting myself through turned out to be a big asset when I decided to launch my own Online Business Development, SEO & Web Design Company back in 2009.
