I’m Talia, an experienced mediator focused on helping families and individuals resolve conflict respectfully and efficiently. Over the past 6 years, I’ve mediated thousands of cases in family and dependency court, as well as small claims matters. My experience covers landlord–tenant issues, medical negligence, service industry and employment disputes, family and divorce matters, and parenting plans. I hold an LLB from South Africa and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Dispute Resolution with honors from Pepperdine. Working independently allows me to give every case my full attention. I believe that with clear communication and an open mind, most disputes can be resolved swiftly and amicably, without going to court.
