Oscar worked on a kitchen/bath/flooring renovation for our condo in Frisco. We are really happy with the work completed and the ease of working with Oscar and his team. It was our first time doing this kind of renovation, so Oscar was very helpful in also advising us what types of materials were needed. He was also flexible when we wanted to expand the scope twice: once to do flooring for our whole unit and a last minute request to paint our whole unit. The work was completed later than expected, however, this was mostly due to the materials we ordered from Lowe's getting delayed. There were a couple small details that needed fixing after the work was complete, but Oscar was good about getting his guy back to our condo to make the fixes. Thank you, Oscar!

Overall, we enjoyed working with Oscar and his crews. Everyone we interacted with was kind and knowledgeable. Oscar always answered questions and emails. He was personally on site several times during construction to check on how things were progressing.

The Ortiz Brothers were such a pleasure to work with. I needed a sliding glass door replaced in an older building and was very impressed with their quality of work. When I initially reached out, they responded to my inquiry promptly and headed to my condo the next day to take measurements. The day after that, they sent me a quote with an extremely fair price for replacing the door. They then got the work done promptly and with an impressive level of craftmanship AND they stayed within the budget they originally set out. I feel really fortunate to have found them and look forward to working with them again in the future. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you need work done.
