Repair technician was on time and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem but wasn’t able to do the repair himself because it was a failed part that was under warranty so a LG authorized technician is required.

James was great and the company as a whole. Came out same day was able to fix the issue. The service call also included a 30 day follow up so that if the problem persists I can reach out to them which is fantastic to hear. Questions were answered promptly and suggestions for how to prevent the issue going forward. Would highly recommend to anybody having any refrigerator or other appliance issues.

Our service call is always waived with a repair done by us and our pricing is very competitive. Each repair is priced according to the appliance blue book that has a set industry standard price for every appliance and repair.

Every customer is treated with the utmost care and we take all repairs seriously no matter the size. We take pride in how fast each job is able to get diagnosed and completed.
