Angel Salazar from One Call Home Services/Eden Air arrived on Tue, Jan 20 between 9:00am-11:00am. He was polite, friendly, professional, and informative. He checked, cleaned, and tested the furnace. The test results showed that a part went bad. He had to go back to his shop to get it. He came back, installed the part, and tested the furnace again. The furnace is blowing hot air again. Just in time for the freezing temperatures this weekend.

Work was completed efficiently. Two long air ducts replaced for furnace room intake and dryer output. Continuous communication through the process. Really appreciated how diligent they were about shoe coverings in my house.

We had a small leak in our Air Conditioner condensate drain that was dripping, causing some rust in the system. One Call responded instantly (literally within seconds) of our request for service, and was out to our home within a couple of hours. The tech was extremely professional, and knew exactly how to fix the issue. They also cleaned each of our furnaces, and prepped them for Winter. We also had an igniter replaced in one of our units, and the price was reasonable. All in all, we appreciated the prompt service, reasonable pricing, and professional techs from One Call. We will definitely use them again.
