- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $60 per hour, and currently are offering a 20% discount to all new clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon being contacted by a client our Tax professionals will review the "needs" that the customer may have. While doing this we will compile a list of questions and documents that would be needed to fulfill those "needs". Once that list is complete our friendly staff will reach out to the customer directly (either by phone, email, or in person depending of client preference) and discuss the next steps needed to complete the work. You will be given regular updates on the status of your tax prep/accounting work, and we are available to respond to any questions or concerns you may have at any time. Once the work is completed and filed electronic records will be provided to you for your own files. We accept all major payment methods and send you an electronic invoice with easy 1-click payment processing.
