The joists on my deck had rotted after 23 years of weather. Vic and his crew were able to replace the joists without replacing the entire deck, and re-used the Trex decking on the surface. The final product was much sturdier than the deck ever was.
I will be using MSSV Construction again for future projects.

Vik and his team did a complete backyard overhaul for me - a large project that included removing overgrowth and demolition of an old deck, as well as installation of a new deck and a new sidewalk. We visit to look at the job and understand and document customer requirements. We provide a quote, including the timeline for the project. once the customer signs the contract, we begin planning and execution on a mutually agreeable timeline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed residential general contractor (class C) in several cities and counties in Colorado. I have several years of experience in large construction project management. My company — MSSV Construction — has several full-time multidisciplinary folks who work exclusively for my company.
