- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices and discounts are all written on quote. We have fair prices! We are not the cheapest guy in town. My competitors may compete in pricing but not on our workmanship! “I say Hire the Best, Hire the Pros” Flooring Pros & Painting!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with them to learn more of the project they have in mind. We have all customers fill out a estimate form so we can have their correct info. Then from their we can go ahead and service if its new flooring, a repair or install they need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on training! Learned the trade since a teenager. Before going on my own I was the # 1 crew for several carpet stores Carpet Exchange/ Home Depot / Carpet One stores.
