What should customers know about our pricing, discounts, or fees: Our pricing is always upfront and based on the size and condition of the floors, along with the finish type you choose. We don’t charge hidden fees—everything is included in your estimate. We also offer 10% off for first-time customers and price-match most written quotes. Every project is tailored to your needs, so you always get professional results and long-lasting value for your hardwood floor refinishing or installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick on-site estimate to inspect your hardwood floors and discuss your vision. Then we provide a clear quote with the best options for sanding, staining, and finishing. Our team uses a dustless sanding system and eco-friendly water-based finishes to deliver a smooth, durable result without the mess. Throughout the process, we protect your home, communicate clearly, and make sure every detail is done right. When the job is complete, we leave your home clean and refreshed with beautiful, long-lasting hardwood floors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive hands-on experience in hardwood floor installation, sanding, and refinishing, with training in OSHA safety standards and industry best practices for dustless systems and water-based finishes. We continually stay up to date with the latest flooring techniques and are in the process of obtaining IICRC certification for advanced surface and water-damage restoration. Our goal is to combine professional craftsmanship with safety and quality in every project.
