I had met Mike to talk about my nutrition. He had a lot of great knowledge and helped me figure out how many calories I should be eating and how to calculate my macros. I eat clean but was not getting enough calories in for the type of exercise I do. With a few adjustments that he had recommended for me, I know I can get back on track and reach my goal. He was very professional and I felt that he really wanted to help me out. I look forward to having an exercise session with him to learn new techniques and would recommend him to anyone who is looking to better themselves.

I couldn't have had a better experience than what I had with Mike. I had been trying to lose about 20-25 lbs by myself for the last 3 years, but could never motivate myself enough to eat well and exercise. Mike helped with exactly that. He got to know me and my goals and held me accountable in achieving them. Mike knows his stuff with nutrition and helped me find good tasting meals that were also healthy. He was a great personal trainer as well and showed me how to do a lot of exercises that I continue to do at home. I was able to complete my goals with him pretty quickly. I'm loving how I look now and am encouraged to keep up a healthy lifestyle.

Mike was very helpful and timely. I have always been a clean eater, almost too clean that it was boring. He provided a variety of foods that I could eat even when trying to reach my body composition goals. He is very knowledgable on nutrition and how it interacts with the human body. Everyone is wired different and I know for a fact I did not get a cookie cutter diet. I recommend him.

Mike is amazing! You can really tell he cares about his clients, he checks in via text throughout the week to keep fitness and eating right top of mind, which we appreciate! He is always on time, and our sessions consist of workouts that take our personal needs, goals and injuries in mind. I love that he also focuses on nutrition and has provided so many great suggestions and encouragement to fit it into our real life. He is not some "meat-head" trainer, he is kind, caring, compassionate and professional. We have only had a month with him, but I look forward to our results in a year!
