What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for accounting services and Income tax preparation are based on the complexity of the service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation to estimate the type of work needed and build an estimate. Once we agree to work together, the client provides an email address, where he will receive an invitation to my secure portal and create his account. All the sensitive information and documents are exchanged on the portal; nothing is done via email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's degree in international business, accounting, Enrolled Agent, California Licensed CPA, and 12 years of experience in financial accounting, indirect taxation and income tax preparation.
