Earth Coast Productions is a content and media production company in Broomfield, Colorado, telling stories on camera since 2011. We film and livestream conferences, town halls, fundraisers, weddings and special events, and we create brand films, promo videos, highlight reels and social clips that keep working long after the shoot. You get one team for the whole production: story and planning, multi-camera filming and livestreaming, drone footage from an FAA Part 107 certified pilot, full AV support and polished editing. Earth Coast Production filmed our annual fundraiser (Jewish Broadway). What impressed me the most was the amount of time they spent up front ensuring they really understood what we wanted to accomplish. Extremely talented. With less than a day notice they showed up shot the professional corporate ad and had the edits done within a day. I worked with Sawyer who is very skilled. Earth Coast filmed a panel I moderated this past year. I was impressed how quickly and professionally they scoped out the room and found the perfect place to set up capturing the panel without inconveniencing any of the participants attending. In spite of never having filmed in the venue before, and not having advanced access to the panel, the final video could not have looked, or sounded, more professional. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is quoted to fit what you need. Starting points: studio sessions from $650, promo video packages from $1,500, wedding packages from $2,000, event packages from $3,500 and conference packages from $5,000. You get a clear written proposal before anything is booked.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a free call to understand your goals, audience and timeline. Then we send a written proposal with scope, deliverables and price. Once approved, we plan the shoot or event with you, capture it, and deliver edited content with a plan for where each piece goes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder, Artem Nikulkov, has produced video and live broadcasts since 2011 and holds an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate. Our crew includes dedicated camera operators, an audio technician, a production manager and professional editors.
