Introduction: I try to not compromise quality for quantity. In the finish phase(tape & mud), prior to priming, I caulk EVERY interior angle. This gives my work crack free guarantee on areas where caulked. Also, I try to do the quality of work that I'd require of someone I was to pay to do the same thing. i guess you could term that as respecting another persons property in a manner similar to how I would like my own to be. I like a lot of aspects of my job. In drywall, most of the time your handiwork is taken for granted. I know better than to think that just because things appear correct or well done, that that's not always the case. I like to know that any work of my hands work is not done half-assed or in a faulty manner.

He was polite respectful he gave us quality for what we needed. He was our only contractor for drywall including taping, texturing, and painting. He gave us tips on how to do things better which added to our learning experience in building a home. Appreciated his input and the texture examples he gave us options. It was an enormous job. We had 12 foot sheets 5/8” thick—very heavy and awkward and he was able to install them including the ceilings. We were impressed with his work especially most of the time he worked alone. During his downtime while waiting for stuff to dry he assisted our other contractors, Which included an outside deck surrounding the house as well as flooring, and insulation.

Not complicated, quite the contrary. I'll try to minimize cost while improving quality when and where able.... The way I would like to be done in business.

I keep up on the code changes and most new products, when such occurs. I maintain a hands on approach and have 15 years plus in the construction industry, as a businessman.
