With more than six months out, we had secured a restaurant, and menu, out of Denver to cater our wedding in Canon City at the Robison Mansion. Three weeks before the wedding we received a call that the restaurant was closing at the end of the week, and we would have to find someone else to cater our event. My worst wedding nightmares were coming true! BUT - my mother went down to the Kitchen Pantry and was introduced to Jodi of Classic Country Catering, who jumped right in and said that she would love to cater our wedding. She was a serious miracle in our time of need - she jumped right in and took charge in a way that eased every worry I had. From taking charge of dish rental to offering a more extended (and delicious) version of the menu we had chosen (which certainly wasn't a wedding-traditional menu), she was amazing from start to finish. She even created a most beautiful display where the food was served.
I take pride in being a person who enjoys delicious and nutritious food, and Jodi and her team were amazing at providing just what we wanted. I can't even begin to count the number of guests who mentioned how delicious the food was! I would recommend her over and over again to anyone looking for a caterer in Canon City and surrounding areas. You will be lucky to have her.
