- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is upfront, fair and competitive. We do our best to work within your budget while meeting your home's comfort needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Bulldog Heating & Cooling, we keep the process simple, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. 1. Initial Contact We start with a quick phone call or message to understand your needs—whether it’s a repair, maintenance, or a new system estimate. We’ll ask a few questions to make sure we send the right technician and come prepared. 2. Scheduling at Your Convenience We offer flexible scheduling and clear communication so you know exactly when to expect us. You’ll receive confirmation and updates along the way. 3. On-Site Evaluation Our technician will arrive on time, assess your system, and walk you through what we’re seeing. We take the time to explain everything in plain language—no pressure, no confusion. 4. Upfront Pricing & Options Before any work begins, we provide clear, upfront pricing and explain your options so you can make the best decision for your home and budget. 5. Quality Work & Clean Finish We complete the job with attention to detail, respect your home, and leave the space clean—like we were never there (except now everything works better 😊). 6. Follow-Up & Ongoing Support We stand behind our work and are always here if you have questions. Many of our customers join our seasonal maintenance program to keep their systems running efficiently year-round.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead technician, Brennen, took a direct path into the HVAC trade right out of high school and has built his expertise through hands-on experience in both residential and commercial systems. He is a graduate of Ultimate Technical Academy in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he completed advanced, real-world HVAC training focused on installation, diagnostics, and system design. In addition, Brennen holds an HVAC ICC (International Code Council) certification, demonstrating his knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices. Bulldog Heating & Cooling is also licensed in most South Denver Metro municipalities, giving our customers confidence that all work is completed to local codes and regulations. With a combination of formal training, field experience, and proper licensing, we’re able to confidently diagnose issues, recommend the right solutions, and deliver high-quality workmanship our customers can trust.
