We kept our existing cabinetry and hired DNA to update our kitchen, including removing a pocket door and half wall to open up our 1966 daylight ranch upstairs floor plan. Hired DNA Kitchens and Baths to update 1/2 bath and kitchen. We are very pleased with the finished work. Replaced linoleum flooring with ceramic tiles and installed floating sink and new one piece toilet. Installed subway tiles and updated all electrical outlets to finish kitchen remodel. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We are less expensive then most of our competitors because we have very little overhead and a small, but skilled crew. With little overhead we can charge much less and still give you top quality work with excellent customer service along the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We make the entire process working with us very easy on the customer. When we first meet to do a walk through, it typically only takes 30-45 minutes. We take some measurement, snap a couple of pictures and ask a few questions. You will receive a line item bid, via email, within a day or two, which breaks down the cost of your entire project. If you like the bid and want to move forward, we meet again to go over paperwork and collect deposit to schedule your project. (Deposits are typically 25% of contract).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My business partner and I have over 25 years of combined construction experience. I have education in construction management and building construction technology as well as a degree in operations management. My business partner grew up working for his dad who is a home builder, and has been building and remodeling homes most of his life. Together we give you quality and professional service that is top notch.
