FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer transparent and competitive pricing based on the type of notarial act and travel distance. I also provide discounts for military members, teachers, and first responders. Additional fees may apply for remote online notarizations (RON), after-hours appointments, or multiple signatures/stamps. I'm always happy to provide a quote upfront—no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is straightforward and professional. Once we connect, I’ll confirm the type of notarization needed and ensure all requirements are met, including valid identification. I do not provide legal advice or interpret documents—my role is to verify identity and witness the signing. For mobile or remote services, we’ll coordinate a convenient time and location. I arrive prepared, punctual, and focused on making the process quick and smooth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Colorado Commissioned Notary Public with a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and a minor in Criminal Justice. I’m also a proud U.S. Navy Veteran, which has instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, reliability, and attention to detail. While I’m newer to notary work, I’m fully trained, certified, background checked, and E&O insured. My education and service background help me deliver professional, accurate, and trustworthy notary services.
