Chanel watched my dog Niko while we were at Legoland, and she did an absolutely amazing job!
She kept me updated throughout the day with pictures and messages, which really helped me feel at ease knowing he was happy and well taken care of. Niko looked so content and comfy in every photo!
It’s clear she genuinely loves animals and treats them with so much care and attention. I’d definitely trust her again to watch Niko in the future, highly recommend!

Would highly recommend Chanel as your next pet care provider. We hired her last minute to care for our pets when had to leave town unexpectedly. She was super responsive and got everything in place by the time we had to leave which was literally the next day. We received her pup-dates (updates) and pictures which made everything feel much less stressful for an already stressful situation. Thank you Chanel!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our pet services competitively within the local area with the expertise we bring. We are a professional pet care service with our own bonding/insurance as well as being Pet First Aid and CPR certified.
We do NOT charge extra for added services such as more than two pets, medication distribution, mail collection, plant watering, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a Meet and Greet. This gives us a chance to meet the client and their pet to make sure we are a good fit and to answer any questions the client may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pet rescue experience and 10 +years owning a pet sitting company.
We are professionally bonded/insured sitters and are members of PSA Pet Sitters Associates and PSI Pet Sitters International as well as being Pet First Aid and CPR Certified.
