Kat is an exceptional, experienced Pilates teacher and her studio is immaculate and modern. You will find no better value for your money for private Pilates sessions in Castle Rock. She is focused and fun and as a person new to Pilates, I am hooked! Do yourself a favor and book a session with Sana Pilates Studio!

I have been going to Sana Pilates studio LLC for about 5 months now and absolutely love it! I love the private classes with Kat. She is great at always watching me and making sure that I am doing the moves right so that I don’t get hurt! I have noticed that my body is toned, stronger and a lot more flexible.
