- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing off of not just the time shooting or the photos you get, but there is so much more that goes into your photo. The after hours editing, the software, the gear that I get to help make the photos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I right away ask what the vision is for the customer. What are YOU wanting to capture? What highlights? Do you prefer a mountain scenery, snow or want a downtown feel? After discussing time and date, I then send a questionnaire to get to know you better to help direct you in photos. I also offer Zoom and phone call meetings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self trained. Photoshop for 10 years, lightroom for about 5 years, and a camera has been in my hand since High School.
