Introduction: With a signed agreement for property management services, I will provide marketing on social media and the Internet, interview prospective tenants, develop a lease agreement for the property, get necessary documents signed, collect rent, resolve collections, file evictions and attend all court dates, make basic repairs to the property over the course of the lease, move-out inspections and final transactions regarding deposit reimbursement.
I provide services to make the property ready to rent (i.e., cleaning, painting, tile repair/replacement, basic plumbing, and landscaping); however, these services are not included and are offered at an additional charge.
