- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
10% new client discount! Pricing is always subject to change for the unseen events. Price is what you pay, VALUE is what you get.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We just ask for your personal info, what the general issue that you are looking to resolve, and how soon we can get to helping you! We ask you to accept the bid, sign, and requires a 50% deposit upfront.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master plumber of 5 years now, running my personal small business to help my community reach their needs!
