- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All military and seniors receive a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with a review of the homeowners ideas, then get them pricing. The estimate usually includes material allowances for the fixtures (plumbing fixtures, tile,etc) so a complete budget can be presented. I pride myself on being transparent. We agree on a detailed work and payment schedule as well. I prefer to start once all the materials are ordered or onsite, so rough-ins (plumbing, framing, electric) can be coordinated.

I grew up in a family contracting business and I’ve also been in the carpenters union for 25 years.
