Mike is now my only go-to for tile, carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing and electric. I truly wished he lived next door to me! Everything he helped me with was done with the upmost quality from a powder room remodel including vanity install with plumbing and electric, drywall (bead edge) and tile installation. He also installed a natural tile on a wall and it looks fabulous. I am now waiting for some tile and a pocket door to arrive for him to come back he also plans on helping me with all the miscellaneous issues around my home. There is no question about his experience, his wonderful good nature and skills. You will not be disappointed!!

Mike is fantastic to work with! He helped us to fully transformed our bathroom and he does everything he said. Great value for his quality work and also very patient to answer all of our questions. I had hired a different contractor to remodel my master bathroom and I ended up having to let them go. I was in this awkward position of having a bathroom that was half done and had limited financial flexibility. Luckily, Mike was there to help me through this difficult situation. Not only is he a great guy but he does excellent work at a great value. He was very professional and communicative. He always showed up when he said he would. And he was very understanding of my situation and made it a point of trying to accommodate my budget. If you have had bad experiences with contractors in the past, Mike will make you realize that there are still great contractors out there that take pride in their work but are also fair and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to use Mike again on my next home project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All military and seniors receive a discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with a review of the homeowners ideas, then get them pricing. The estimate usually includes material allowances for the fixtures (plumbing fixtures, tile,etc) so a complete budget can be presented. I pride myself on being transparent. We agree on a detailed work and payment schedule as well. I prefer to start once all the materials are ordered or onsite, so rough-ins (plumbing, framing, electric) can be coordinated.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in a family contracting business and I’ve also been in the carpenters union for 25 years.
